Mahindra XUV 3XO REVX: Mahindra’s Latest Flex Just Dropped (and It’s Not Your Old School SUV) 🚗💨
Alright, fam, gather ’round!
Just when you thought the compact SUV game couldn’t get any spicier, Mahindra just served up a fresh plate: the XUV 3XO REVX. Yep, today, July 8, 2025, they decided to drop these new variants, and they’re aiming straight for your wallets and your eyeballs.
So, you remember the OG XUV 3XO that dropped in April 2024, right? Well, the REVX isn’t a whole new car, it’s more like the XUV 3XO went on a glow-up retreat, got a slick new wardrobe, and learned some cool new tricks. Mahindra’s clearly trying to capture that “sporty, yet sensible” vibe, especially since the XUV 3XO has already zoomed past 1 lakh units sold. Flex!
What’s the “REVX” Vibe Check?

Think of REVX as adding a dash of exclusivity and more value to the MX and AX lines. These variants are all about that dual-tone exterior, which is standard across the board – no extra cash for that trendsetting roof! You get a body-colored grille (a subtle but classy move) and those cool black 16-inch wheels (alloys on the REVX A, steel with covers on the others). Plus, a little “REVX” badge on the C-pillar to let everyone know you’re in the know.
Inside, it’s all about comfort with black leatherette seats as standard. So, if you were eyeing those swanky seats in the top variants but your bank balance was side-eyeing you back, this is your moment.
Under the Hood (The Specs That Matter):
The REVX lineup is petrol-only, which makes sense given the current market shift.
- REVX M & M(O) variants: These run on the 1.2-litre mStallion TCMPFi petrol engine, churning out a respectable 110 bhp and 200 Nm of torque. Paired only with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
- REVX A variant: This gets the more potent 1.2-litre TGDi turbo-petrol engine, pushing 129 bhp and 230 Nm of torque. Here, you get the choice of both a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic. So, for those city crawls, the automatic is a bless.
What’s New & What You Get (Variant by Variant):
- REVX M (Starting around Rs 8.94 lakh ex-showroom): This one slots just above the base MX1. You get a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment, steering-mounted controls, driver seat height adjust, 4-speaker system, remote keyless entry, and critically, 6 airbags and ESC (Electronic Stability Control) for that 5-star Bharat NCAP safety rating.
- REVX M(O) (Starting around Rs 9.44 lakh ex-showroom): Builds on the M, adding the much-coveted single-pane sunroof. Because nothing says “I’ve arrived” like a sunroof on a budget-friendly SUV.
- REVX A (Starting around Rs 11.79 lakh ex-showroom for MT, Rs 12.99 lakh for AT): This is the sweet spot for feature-seekers. It gets the bigger engine, plus a panoramic sunroof (yes, panoramic!), twin 10.25-inch screens (digital cluster + infotainment), wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, dual-zone AC, wireless charger, TPMS, rear camera, and even connected car tech with Alexa support. It’s essentially got features from higher AX variants, but positioned smartly.
What’s missing from top XUV 3XO variants? Don’t expect ADAS, 360-degree camera, or the fancy Harman Kardon audio system in these REVX trims. Mahindra made calculated cuts to hit that sweet price point.

The Competition: Who’s Sweating?
The sub-4m compact SUV segment in India is a battlefield, and the XUV 3XO REVX is jumping right into the thick of it. It’ll be throwing shade (and features) at rivals like:
- Tata Nexon: The reigning champ, known for its strong build and feature-packed variants.
- Kia Sonet: The style icon with a plethora of features and powertrain options.
- Hyundai Venue: The tech-savvy urban warrior.
- Maruti Suzuki Brezza: The reliable, fuel-efficient crowd-pleaser.
- Skoda Kylaq: The European contender bringing its own flair.
- Maruti Suzuki Fronx: The crossover offering a different style.
Mahindra’s play with the REVX is smart: offer more premium features and styling at a more accessible price. It’s all about giving you options without breaking the bank. So, if you’re in the market for a compact SUV that’s safe, stylish, and packed with value, the XUV 3XO REVX just made your shortlist a little longer. Happy test-driving!
